By accessing or using OutboundIQ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

OutboundIQ is an API intelligence platform that provides monitoring, debugging, and analytics for outbound API calls. We offer SDKs for various programming languages and frameworks to track your third-party API integrations.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to monitor APIs you don't have authorization to access

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

5.3 Price Changes

We may modify our prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by OutboundIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTBOUNDIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OutboundIQ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
